Our online claim form was fully operational again as of 8 am March 18th, but we’re sorry to say we weren’t able to retrieve any claims submitted online while the claim form was not working.
If you filed a claim online between 8 pm Saturday March 16th and 8 am Monday March 18th, please resubmit. We’ll process it as quickly as possible.
