Many of us have great memories of summer camp. Looking back, we realize those fun experiences also played a part in our development. As part of our commitment to healthy communities, we’re working with the YMCA of Regina this year make sure kids from across Regina and Moose Jaw have the opportunity to attend summer camp.
The YMCA of Regina is a charity also dedicated to the healthy development of communities. It offers a variety of summer camps in both Regina and Moose Jaw throughout July and August. These camps provide toddlers ages 3 – 5 and youth ages 6 – 12 opportunities for connection, friendship and fun activities that promote a healthy, active lifestyle.
But not all kids have the opportunity to go to camp. That’s why we’re proud to partner with the YMCA for their “Send a Kid to Camp” campaign. We’re matching up to $5,000 in donations in June to help the YMCA raise the $10,000 needed to give 50 children a summer camp experience they won’t forget.
